Being a Michigan native and growing up in the Motor City, I was surrounded by automotive culture from an early age. I spent countless hours in the garage with my dad and grandfather, working on cars and racing go-karts competitively—an experience that sparked my lifelong passion for design and craftsmanship.

During my undergraduate studies at the College for Creative Studies (CCS), I had the privilege of completing an internship with fellow CCS alum and mentor Camilo Pardo designer of the 2005 Ford GT , whose guidance further solidified my interest in automotive design.

After earning my bachelor’s degree, I began my journey into the world of Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) Design, driven by a desire to shape the interiors of vehicles for major OEMs. I joined a leading supplier, where I designed color, print, and pattern concepts for interior seating and components. During this time, I had the honor of collaborating on projects for brands such as General Motors, Ford, BMW, Nissan, and Tesla.

Building on that experience, I launched my own creative studio, SHE PAINTS CARS, where I combine my passion for art and automobiles—painting and creating all things automotive through a uniquely expressive and personal lens.
