Cookie making for Premier Protein commercial.
I designed a custom MDF stencil that was laser-etched to create a mold. Air clay was pressed into the mold to form a one-of-a-kind, cookie-like imprint on the surface. Each piece was carefully cut, the edges were finished by hand, and the cookies were left to dry for 24 hours before being painted with acrylic paint.
For the opened iced cookies, I applied air clay and sprinkled crumbled real cookie on top while the clay was still wet. Water was used as an adhesive, allowing the clay and cookie to harden and dry together as one. Over 50 cookies were handmade, then filmed and photographed for the new Cookies & Creme commercial.
